A luxury escape from the chaos of Downtown, the Conrad Spa offers contemporary treatments, next-level biohacking tech, exclusive skincare products, and a rooftop pool for a stress-relieving, rejuvenating fix.

Entry price: Massages and facials range from $255 to $564. The infrared sauna starts at $55 for 30 minutes, with wellness packages ranging from $320 to $700. Complimentary access to the hotel’s rooftop pool and fitness center is included with treatments of $200 or more. Memberships are available starting at $207/month.

What’s inside: On the 9th floor of the 28-story, Frank Gehry-designed Conrad Hotel, I started with a 30-minute Quantum Harmonic Therapy session to reset my nervous system through binaural beats on a vibro-acoustic wavetable — I was so relaxed that I quickly fell asleep, and had to be physically woken up for my next appointment. That was an indulgent 90-minute Intuitive Massage, followed by a medical-grade Stem Cell Exosome Facial, with its LED light therapy, microcurrents, a rose quartz crystal mask, cryotherapy, ultrasound therapy, and sonic lifting.

There’s also a transformative private recovery cabin outfitted with HigherDose infrared PEMF mat, NuCalm Recharge Sound Therapy, and Normatec Compression Therapy Boots.

Food: In the lounge, complimentary Qi whole flower teas and a selection of housemade snacks —like the freshly baked tomato rosemary biscuits I pocketed into my robe pocket for later — are available.
