Atelier Manna, part of the small beach community of Leucadia in Encinitas, was opened in 2023 by chef Andrew Bachelier — formerly of Carlsbad’s Jeune et Jolie — and his wife and designer Larah. It’s an intimate, creative space, with an open kitchen and imaginative menu.
