The Skinny: Inside (and outside) revamped Santa Monica seaside hotel The Georgian, Sirena matches the quality of its views with coastal California-Italian cuisine from an all-star team, including Mozza alum David Almany, pastry chef Thessa Diadem (previously of Here’s Looking at You and All Day Baby), and rising star sommelier Kristin Olszewki. The restaurant opened earlier this month.
