Century City is an area I tend to avoid — the mall’s too crowded, and memories of CAA give me anxiety. But beyond the doors of the Fairmont Century Plaza, there’s a 14,000-square-foot luxury spa that makes all that other stuff fade away. Especially on the massage table, where my masseuse, Tara, gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had.
