The Skinny: Almost two decades after opening its last and only remaining US outpost in Las Vegas, global chain Sushi Samba touched down in Los Angeles last month. The pioneering clubstaurant (the shuttered NYC branch had a recurring part on Sex and the City) occupies a giant rooftop in West Hollywood.
